Terms of Use

By browsing the website, you agree to these Terms as they apply to the website. To use the demo, you must expressly accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, when you activate your invitation. We record the version accepted, the date and the time.

If you use the demo on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree with them, do not use the demo.

ProIntelAI is financial and management intelligence software for groups of companies. The demo shows the software running on a fictitious group, Grupo Vértice: the companies, people, brands and figures in the demo and on the website are made up and illustrative.

Nothing on the website or in the demo is financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. The calculations, projections and assistant answers are meant to show what the software does, not to support decisions.

• access is personal and non-transferable, created by Orion at your request and granted through a single-use link;
• the account is valid for 7 days from activation, unless we extend it, and may be ended earlier at any time;
• each account has one session at a time: signing in elsewhere ends the previous session;
• you create and keep your password; you are responsible for what is done with your access and must tell us immediately if you suspect misuse;
• the information you give us for the invitation must be true.

The demo is for you to evaluate ProIntelAI for your company. You may not:

• share your access, password or invitation link with anyone else;
• copy, reproduce, record or capture screens, flows, text or features to create, document or improve a competing product;
• reverse engineer, extract data automatically (scraping, bots) or try to access the source code;
• test, probe or bypass security, access expiry, the single session or service limits, or overload the service;
• enter third parties’ personal data, sensitive personal data or real, confidential information, yours or other companies’, in the demo or the assistant;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or contrary to these Terms.

What the demo shows (screens, methods, analysis models and features not yet public) is Orion’s confidential information, made available only for your evaluation. You agree not to disclose it to third parties without our written permission.

To protect this information, demo screens carry a watermark with your name, company and email, and we record the pages opened, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The software, code, design, text, the ProIntelAI brand and other elements of the website and demo belong to Orion or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms transfer no rights in them: you receive only a limited, personal, revocable and non-exclusive permission to use the demo while your access lasts, for the purpose above.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the product, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

The assistant generates answers automatically, using third-party language models, and may be wrong. Check any conclusion before using it. Questions and answers stay in your account and are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

If your account has the external AI application connection feature (for example, Claude or ChatGPT) and you use it, that application is governed by its provider’s terms. Orion is not responsible for what the third-party application does with what it receives.

The processing of your personal data follows Brazil’s Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read the Policy. In summary:

• the controller is Orion Research Ltda, and the Data Protection Officer is Felipe Gordiano, who can be reached at [email protected];
• we process your account data (name, email, company), your password (only as a hash), usage and security records (pages opened, IP address, browser, date and time), the record of your acceptance and your conversations with the assistant;
• to grant and protect access, to run the assistant, for sales contact (which you may object to at any time) and to comply with the law;
• with infrastructure, network and AI model providers, some outside Brazil, with the safeguards of art. 33 of the LGPD; we never sell personal data;
• for up to 12 months after your access ends, except what the law requires us to keep longer;
• you may at any time request access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected].

The website uses no cookies or tracking tools; the demo uses only the browser storage it needs to work.

When a company subscribes to ProIntelAI and loads its own data, Orion acts as processor of that data, under the contract and data processing agreement (DPA) signed with the customer.

The demo is provided free of charge and with no guarantee of continuous availability: it may be taken offline for maintenance, have its fictitious data rebuilt, change or be discontinued.

We may suspend or end your access at any time, including where there are signs of a breach of these Terms. You may ask us to end it whenever you wish, by contact email.

The demo is provided as is, for evaluation only. To the extent permitted by law, Orion is not liable for decisions made based on the illustrative data, calculations or assistant answers, nor for indirect damages or loss of profits arising from use of the demo.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the rights the LGPD grants you.

We may update these Terms. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the demo or by email and, where appropriate, ask for a new acceptance to continue using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district where Orion Research Ltda has its registered office are chosen to settle any matter relating to them, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings in their own domicile.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are available in Portuguese and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.
